At Black Diamond Handyman, we recently undertook a cabinet modification for microwave installation project. We worked with existing cherry cabinetry, modifying it to accommodate a larger microwave. The maple face frames were evenly trimmed and adjusted to create a clean, symmetrical opening. After installing the new microwave mounting bracket and setting the unit, we reinstalled the adjusted face frame, ensuring everything looked factory-fit.
